Hello everyone,

I decided to go for lingual braces in the month of June and from that day onwards my life changed lot.
At a first go, yes I would say mild discomfort due to pain. But when I look at the results, I forgot all the pain
That I had gone through at different sessions, be it wire change or the first sitting which lasts for more then four hours
Because I got lingual braces inserted on both the upper and lower jaws.

There has been nothing I couldn’t eat – I did choose not to eat very hard things to avoid breaking a bracket.
